Delivery
We are able to deliver one-off Jumps or a full course of show jumps, cross country or working hunter jumps ourselves, however from time to time it may be necessary to quote a delivery of over 2 hours away by using our Logistic Partners who are able to travel to any part of the UK and Ireland and Europe.
Please note that if delivery quotation is over £250.00 for our logistics partners then we will try and find an alternative method ourselves. Customers are more than welcome to pick up their jumps from our yard. Normally best day for collection is a Saturday before noon.
West Country Show Jumps work in partnership with Martin Logistics to cover the UK and Europe.
A variety of vehicles from small vans and sprinters to large HGV vehciles are available to accommodate both small and very large orders.
We will also try and "piggy back" any orders over 2 hours away to save on delivery costs, but please remember this may result in your order having to wait for another order to be completed.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT A SHOP AND ALL JUMPS ARE MADE TO ORDER, WE DO NOT CARRY ANY SPARE STOCK SO PLEASE ALLOW 10 DAYS - 6 WEEKS FOR MANUFACTURE DEPENDING ON SIZE AND TYPE OF ORDER. WHILST WE ALWAYS AIM TO MEET CUSTOMERS SPECIFIC DEADLINES, PLEASE ORDER IN PLENTY OF TIME TO ELIMINATE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Once your order is confirmed in writing with a copy of our Terms and Conditions by email, we will require Full Payment for the total order value within 7 days by cheque.
Once Payment has been received we will email confirmation and receipt and determine delivery dates and directions. Late Payments will result in order dates being pushed back, as we strictly operate on a Schedule and the work cannot commence until payment has been received.
Cancellations are to be made in writing within 14 days. Note - 10% of the deposit will be non refundable.
